Advocaat cocktails

Advocaat is eggnog liqueur with alcohol, sugar and egg yolks, and is usually 15% alcohol. It can be served chilled as is, in a Snowball long drink (Advocaat and 7UP, 1:4) or with Bols Lychee, vodka and 7UP (1 shot each of Advocaat, Lychee and vodka, 4 shots of 7UP). There are two versions: the pourable export Advocaat and the domestic Zwarte Kip product (Dutch for black chicken), which is so thick it has to be eaten with a spoon!
Blonde Russian
- 1/3 shot tia maria
- 1/3 shot peach schnapps (archers)
- 1/3 shot advocaat
- put in shot glass, float the advocaat on top (the tia maria and schnapps will mix)
Fluffy Duck
- 1 part/shot(30ml) advocaat
- 1 part/shot(30ml) cointreau
- 1 part/shot(30ml) cream
- 10 parts/shots(10x30ml)(add slowly) lemonade
Jam Roly Poly
- 1/4 of a shot glass advocaat
- 3/4 of a shot glass chambord
- pour a shot glass 3/4 full with chambord then slowly fill to the top with advocaat.
- tastes just like an English school pudding
Russian Snowball
- 1 Shot (35 ml) Citron vodka
- 1 Shot (35ml) advocaat
- 125 ml lemonade
- 10 ml lime juice
- simply mix and serve in a tall glass and garnish appropiatly
- A variation of the classic snowball with a little extra kick
Scrambled Egg
- A shot advocaat
- Shot bacardi
- Pour bacardi shot in large shot glass
- Add advocaat on top should layer like a scrambled egg
- This shot is all about the drinking and its strong. once in glass quickly whisk with straw for a minute then down it cover the top of the glass with your hands re enter the straw under your hand then inhale the fumes very strong but funny to do with friends
Snowball
- 1 shot advocaat
- 1 shot lemonade
- 1 shot lime juice
Squashed Frog
- 25ml advocaat
- 25ml midori
- just a drop grenadine
- mix together 25ml of advocaat and 25ml midori
- put into a shot glass then add a spot of grenadine.
- The grenadine should sink to the bottom to look like blood!
Sweaty Bollock
- 1 shots tequila
- 1 shot white rum
- 3 shots absinthe
- 1 shot advocaat
- Get a really big glass (1 pint)
- fill half way with crushed ice
- Add 1 shot of Tequila then shake well
- add 1 shot of White Rum then shake well again
- finally add 3 shots of absinthe
- Now here comes the dangerous bit, light the cocktail with a lighter and it should burn quickly.
- Add just enough water to extinguish the flames then
- add a pinch of lemon juice and a hint of nutmeg.
