Amaretto is made from the kernels of apricots. This is what gives amaretto it's unique almond aroma and golden brown colour

Alabama Slammer
• 1 shot southern comfort
• 1 shot amaretto
• 1/2 shot sloe gin
• splash lemon juice
• Stir all except lemon juice together with ice and pour into highball glass over ice.

Amaretto Rose
• 1 shot amaretto
• 1 shot lime juice
• 1 glass soda
• Pour Amaretto and Lime juice over ice add club soda then drink!

Amaretto Sours
• 2 shots amaretto
• 2 shots sugar syrup
• 1 and a half shot lemon juice
• Fill a collins glass right to the top.
• Add all the ingredients into a cocktail tin.
• Add ice into tin.
• Shake till hand hurts then shake some more!!!
• Strain over glass.

Apple Vodka Martini
• 1oz chilled vodka
• 1oz amaretto
• 1oz apple juice
• a dash lemon juice
• Shake together with ice, until metal cocktail shaker becomes cloudy on outside
• Strain into a classic martini glass with a slice of apple (which has been dipped or drizzled with lemon juice to avoid it turning brown) on the rim.

Bam-Bam
• 1/2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
• 1/2 oz. amaretto
• Add equal amounts in shot glass in any order

Dr Pepper
• Drink And Die
• half coke
• 1 shot amaretto
• 1 x 3/4 pint glass 1 x Shot glass Lager Coca cola Amaretto
• Take the 3/4 pint glass and half fill with lager
• then fill with cola leaving around an inch from the brim
• then fill the shot glass with amaretto
• take the amaretto shot and depthcharge (drop) it into the glass
• you then must down the full glass. This tastes exactly like Dr Pepper

Drink and Die
• 1 oz bacardi
• 1 oz baileys
• 1/2 oz amaretto
• 1/2 oz drambuie
• 1 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz cointreau
• Grenadine
• combine ingredients in a shaker with 5 ice cubes
• Shake well and serve in a short glass

Evil Genius
• 2 oz vodka
• 2 oz amaretto
• Pour over ice. Stir

Ferarri Jack
• 1 shot Jack Daniels
• 3/4 shot amaretto
• Dash cola
• Pour respectively in a small collins glass with ice

Ferarri
• dash orange bitters
• 1 shots amaretto
• 2 shots dry vermouth
• Shake all together over ice

• A little Bacardi 151
• Beer
• 1 shot amaretto

• 1 part peppermint schnapps
• 1 part amaretto

• 1 shot kahlua
• 1 shot Jack Daniels
• 1 shot amaretto
• 3 shots Guinness
• 3 shots cola
• Pump Guinness and cola into a red wine glass.
• Mix other ingredients separately with some crushed ice, and pour over.

• splash cherry brandy
• half fill shot glass with ammereto

• 1 part tia maria
• 1 part amaretto

• Layer into a shot glass. Tia Maria first, then Amaretto and finally lemon vodka.

• 1 shot amaretto
• 1/2 shot kahlua
