Blue Curacao Cocktails

Curacao is a stunning deep blue. Made using the small and slightly bitter Curacao oranges and also the rare Kinnow oranges. It has a really nice orange smell.

    American Rose
  • 1 shot malibu
  • 1 shot vodka
  • 1 shot blue curacao
  • mixer pineapple juice
  • dash lime juice
  • small dash sinop
  • 4 -6 cubes (cracked) Ice
  • 1 1/2 measures brandy
  • 1tsp grenadine
  • 1/2 tsp pernod
  • 1/2 fruit (peeled and mashed) peach
  • sparkling wine
  • Put the cracked ice in a cocktail shaker
  • Pour the brandy, grenadine and Pernod over the ice and add the half peach
  • Shake vigorousely until frost forms
  • Strain into chilled wine goblet and top up with sparkling wine
  • Stir gently, then garnish with peach wedge
  • Variations - White Rose, Jack Rose, Russian Rose, Bermuda Rose

    Beetle Juice 1/2 Melon Liquor 1/2 blue curacao 1/2 absolut Mix with cranberry juice topped with bar lime This is good for ppl that like a little bit of sour things

    Black n Blue
  • 1/2 shot black vodka
  • 1/2 shot blue curacao
  • Layer in a shot glass with black vodka on top

    Blue Lagoon
  • 1 shot glass vodka
  • 1 shot glass blue curacao
  • 2-4 shots lemonade
  • fill a highballlass with ice
  • Add the ingredients in order from vodka to the lemonade
  • Garnish with a cherry and a slice of lemon/lime

    Blue Lagoon Special
  • 25ml vodka
  • 25ml blue curacao
  • 175ml white wine
  • Add all ingredients into a highball glass with ice
  • Garnish with cherry

    Bluuu
  • 2 cl Gin
  • 2cl peach
  • 2cl blue curacao
  • 1cl orgeat syrup
  • 10cl grapefruit juice
  • Poor ingredients into a collins glass full of ice.
  • Shake and strain on to new ice in a Hurricane glass
  • Garnish with mint

    Californian Ice Tea
  • 1/2 vodka
  • 1/2 gin
  • 1/2 tequila
  • 30ml sour mix
  • 1/2 blue curacao
  • 1 can lemonade
  • 1/2 banana liqueur
  • Full tot grenadine
  • Add ice into a hurricane glass add grenadine, lemonade and sour mix
  • Then add all the other stuff saving the blue carcaou for last

    Chocolate Ouch!
  • 1/4 grenadine
  • 1/4 pernod
  • 1/4 blue curacao
  • 1/4 baileys
  • First add the Grenadine
  • Then pour on the Pernod
  • Then the Blue Curacao
  • Then slowly and gently poor the Baileys on top so it floats and should look like a minni guiness

    Flaming Lamborghini
  • 1 shot kahlua
  • 1 shot baileys
  • 1 shot blue curacao
  • 1 shot sambuca
  • matches
  • Layer Sambuca over kahlua in a narrow glass
  • Pour a shot of baileys into one shot glass and blue curacao into another
  • Place straw into layered kahlua and sambuca and ignite sambuca
  • Then drink before straw melts and as last dregs of sambuca are being drunk pour in baileys and blue curaçao at the same time
  • These are to be drunk through the straws at the same time

    Fruit Tingle
  • 15mL blue curacao
  • 30mL vodka
  • 15mL raspberry syrup
  • soda
  • build over ice, top with soda

    Green Monster
  • double measure blue curacao
  • half pint cider
  • half pint lager
  • Pour blue curacao into a pint glass
  • Then add cider and lager
  • A more colourful variation on snakebite

    Greenbliss
  • 1/3 Taboo
  • 1 shot blue curacao
  • one bottle Orange Reef
  • Ice
  • Fill long glass with ice
  • Add taboo
  • Add bottle of orange reef
  • one shot of blue curacao
  • give a quick stir

    HANTU BANYU
  • 1 Oz Jack Daniels
  • 3 Oz white wine
  • 1 Oz blue curacao
  • 0.5 Oz gin
  • 0.5 Oz voka
  • 0.5 Oz tequila
  • Shake All Ingredients and add Ice cubes

    Jolly Green Giant
  • 1 part white rum
  • 1 part gin
  • 1 part galliano
  • 1 part blue curacao
  • 1 part tequila
  • Mix with ice and strain into shot glasses

    Kryptonite
  • 1 oz Absolut Citron
  • 1/2 oz blue curacao
  • 1/2 oz Midori
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz sugar syrup
  • top up drink red bull
  • Shake and stran into 14oz high ball. top up with red bull

    Mediterranean
  • 2 measures Gin
  • 1 measure blue curacao
  • to taste lemonade
  • put ice cubes into tall glass pour gin and curacao over the ice top up with lemonade

    Pornstar
  • 1.5oz vodka
  • .5oz blue curacao
  • 3oz pineapple juice
  • 1oz coconut cream
  • Splash of malibu
  • Pour vodka, blue curaco, pineapple juice and coconut syurp in a shaker full of ice.
  • Shake over ice strain into martini glass.
  • Add a splash malibu over top of drink rim glass with fresh pinapple and garnish with an orange wheel
  • Great tropical flavor. Great coloring pretty to look at.

    Poseidon
  • 1 part midori
  • 1 /2 part blue curacao
  • sprite
  • Mix midori and curacao in Cognac cup,
  • Add a couple of icecubes,
  • Fill with sprite.

    Purple People Eater
  • 25ml bacardi
  • 25ml peach schnapps (archers)
  • 25ml blue curacao
  • 10ml grenadine
  • As much as you like !! lemonade
  • Mix all ingredients and pour over ice
  • Really nice taste and a mad color

    Purple rain
  • 1/2 shot grenadine
  • 1/2 shot peach schnapps (archers)
  • 1/2 shot white rum
  • 3 count lemonade
  • 3 count sweet & sour mix
  • 1/2 shot blue curacao
  • Fill a collins glass 3/4 full with ice
  • Add grenadine and peach schapps and white rum into glass.
  • Then fill with sweet and sour and lemonade.
  • Drizzle around the edge of the glass with Blue curacao.

    Rin Tin Tin
  • 30ml Gin
  • 15ml kwai fei lychee
  • 10ml blue curacao
  • 5ml lemon juice
  • 5ml sugar syrup
  • 60ml pineapple juice
  • Shake all ingredients with ice strain into cocktail glass
  • Drop 1 cherry into the glass

    Russian Roulette
  • 1 shot vodka
  • 1 shot blue curacao
  • 1 shot sambuca
  • Poor the vodka and the curacao into a shooter.
  • Take a round slice of orange, peel it, make a hole in the middle of it and put it on the glass,
  • Light the sambuca and gently poor it on the orange slice.
  • The slice will be on fire and the burning sambuca will drop into the glass down the hole.
  • Eat the slice of orange and then drink

    Sour-Faced Queen
  • Gin
  • Blue curacao
  • Juice of 3 limes lime juice
  • Juice of 2 lemons lemon juice
  • Juice of 1 grapefruit grapefruit juice
  • Prepare your mixed citrus juices first, in the proportions specified.
  • Mix cocktail in large glass jug over ice: 2 measures gin 1 measure blue curacao 2-3 measures mixed citrus juices

    Speed rail
  • 1/4 shot vodka
  • 1/4 shot white rum
  • 1/4 shot triple sec
  • 1/4 shot gin
  • 1/4 shot malibu
  • 1/4 shot peach schnapps (archers)
  • 1/4 shot midori
  • 1/4 shot blue curacao
  • 3 count orange juice
  • 3 count sweet & sour mix
  • Fill a tall or collins glass to about 3/4 full with ice cubes.
  • Add juices into a cocktail tin.
  • Add all other ingredients into tin.
  • Add a little ice into tin and shake.
  • Strain the contents over the ice in the glass, and enjoy.

    Sweet Dreams
  • 1 shot Bacardi
  • 1 shot lemon juice
  • 1 shot Gin
  • 100ml pineapple juice
  • 100ml orange juice
  • 1 shot vodka
  • ice
  • dash to colour blue curacao
  • to fill lemonade
  • Put bacardi, gin, vodka and the juices into a shaker over ice
  • Shake vigourously, then strain into a cocktail glass
  • Fill glass 2/3 full then fill with lemonade add blue curacao just to colour.

    Swimming pool
  • 1 part blue curacao
  • 1 part coconut liqueur
  • 3 part VODKA
  • 7 part pineapple juice
  • 2 part golden rum
  • mix all ingredients in appropriate sized glass/bowl and added ice to chill

    The Bosch
  • 2 msr vodka
  • 1msr blue curacao
  • 1 msr pineapple juice
  • 2 msr orange or grapefruit juice
  • crushed Ice
  • Shake and pour!

    The Fizzy Green Hunnit
  • 1 shot vodka
  • 1 shot blue curacao
  • 3/4 can red bull
  • Pour the shot of vodka and the shot of blue curacao into a glass with some ice
  • Add the red bull and serve.

    The Hypno-Toad
  • 1/4 hpnotiq
  • 1/8 Midori
  • 1/8 triple sec
  • 1/8 blue curacao
  • 1/4 sweet & sour mix
  • 1/8 ice
  • Put ingredients in shaker w/ ice and shake as much as you want.
  • Pour contents of shaker into a rocks glass.

    Ultra Violet
  • 1 measure bacardi
  • 1 measure peach schnapps (archers)
  • 1 measure blue curacao
  • 1 measure grenadine
  • Lemonade
  • Fill half of the glass with ice the add single measures of Bacardi, Archers, Blue Curacao, Grenadide.
  • Top up with lemonade until the cocktail turns ultra violet in colour.

    Um Bungo
  • 1 shot peach schnapps (archers)
  • 1/2 shot blue curacao
  • small tin pineapple juice
  • Crush enough ice to half fill a hi-ball glass add the shot of archers then the blue curacao and the juice, stir well

    Whisky Blue
  • 2 shots whisky buy me UK / USA
  • 2 shots cream
  • 2-4 dashes blue curacao
  • Use a highball glass.
  • Pour whisky over a little crushed ice (only a little) and add an equal amount of cream.
  • Colour with blue curacao.

    Zombie
  • 1/4 shot peach schnapps (archers)
  • 1/4 shot white rum
  • 3 count orange juice
  • 3 count pineapple juice
  • drizzle around the edge of glass grenadine
  • drizzle around edge of glass blue curacao
  • 1/4 shot dark rum
  • Layer into a collins glass 3/4 full of ice.

Cocktail Recipes
