Campari Cocktails

Campari is red in color and is made from aromatic herbs and spirit. The Campari Group had its origins with the activities of the Campari family in 1860. It was Gaspare Campari who invented the bright red, mid-proof aperitif that bears his name. The business started in Milan and in 1904 the plant at Sesto San Giovanni was inaugurated.
Baby's Blood
- 1 measure campari
- 1 measure cherry brandy
- 3 measures orange juice
- Blend together.
Campari buttermilk
- 4cl campari
- 2cl buttermilk
- Ice
- Mix campari and ice, add buttermilk
Maiori Magic
- 2 parts campari
- 1 part lemon juice
- 1 part lemon liqueur
- Tonic water
- Pour Campari, limoncella & lemon juice onto ice in a glass.
- Stir.
- Top up with tonic.
- Decorate with a wedge of lime.
Mezz' e Mezz'
- 2 parts semi sweet vermouth
- 2 parts grapefruit juice
- 1 part campari
- Shake together with ice and strain into cocktail glass
Sixty six
- 1 part campari
- 1 part dry vermouth
- 1 part sherry dry
- 1 part gin
- Simply mix pour into a large glass and add a few drops of lemon juice.
Negroni
- 1 part campari
- 1 part sweet vermouth
- 1 part gin
- Simply shake with ice and pour into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a slice of orange.
